Inbox relationship intelligence

Your inbox holds the gold. Orbit mines it.

Your inbox already holds the warm paths. Orbit reads the relationship graph in your mailbox (official APIs, metadata only) and surfaces who can introduce you, strength-scored against your Scope profile. When a reply needs writing, Novah AI drafts it from your relationship history and you approve it from Slack, without opening another tab.

Built from your real inbox signal, not a static contact list.

Your inbox already knows who matters. Orbit shows you: ranked, prioritized, and drafted for your approval.

Draft & approve

AI replies you approve from Slack

New inbound mail → Novah AI drafts a reply using your relationship history with that sender → a Slack message arrives with Approve / Edit / Dismiss buttons. Tap Approve and the reply sends from YOUR mailbox via Microsoft Graph. You triage email without opening a tab.

Rank

Playbook-based ranking

12 lenses (Sales, Investors, Partners, Hiring, Vendors, and more) score every contact for that workflow, so the same inbox surfaces different people depending on what you're working on this week.

Radar

Warm paths + dormant alerts

Ask 'who on my team has a path into acme.com?' and get the teammate with the strongest relationship at that domain, backed by interaction history. And when a high-priority contact goes quiet for 30+ days, Orbit pings you in Slack before the relationship goes cold.

Analyze

Per-contact intelligence

Novah AI reads recent threads (metadata + previews) transiently to summarize each contact: who they are, what the relationship state is, what they're waiting on, and what you should do next. The message content itself isn't persisted from this analysis; only the summary is.

Summary, intent, open ask per contact
Teach

Active learning that gets sharper

You teach Novah AI which contacts matter. It asks you about the ones it's least sure of, learns your priorities, and sharpens the ranking for your specific inbox.

Always current from your real mail

Every sync refreshes activity, recency, and relationship state from your real mail, so you always know who's worth a warm reach-out, with no manual list scrubbing.

ICP-aware everywhere

Reads your Scope profile and frames every contact analysis against it, so a Sales lens looks for buyers that match your real ICP, not a generic 'B2B contact.'

One brain across the LeadFuel suite

🎯 How it works

  1. Connect a mailbox over official OAuth (Microsoft 365 today; Google soon). Metadata-only sync.
  2. Sync sender, recipient, subject, timestamps, never the email body itself. (AI-drafted replies later keep a short excerpt of just the message you're replying to.)
  3. Rank by lens: pick the playbook (Sales / Investors / Partners / …) for what you're working on.
  4. Teach the AI which contacts matter. Every label sharpens the model for your inbox.
  5. Approve AI-drafted replies arrive in Slack. Tap Approve and they send from your own mailbox.

Most mailboxes have a usable contact list within an hour of connecting.

✋ Stop hunting through your inbox. The right contacts, and the right replies, are already there.

Frequently asked questions

What does Orbit actually do?

It builds a relationship graph from your mailbox metadata and scores warm-intro paths to your target accounts. It analyzes your mailboxes (official APIs, metadata only) to rank who matters (per-contact summary, relationship state, open ask, playbook-aware score), watches your important relationships and pings you in Slack when one goes dormant, and drafts replies from your relationship history for you to approve.

Is my email content read?

Read-only OAuth, metadata only for the sync itself. When Novah AI analyzes a contact or drafts a reply, it reads recent message content transiently, and a short excerpt (up to 4,000 characters) of the message you're replying to is stored with that draft so you can review it. Nothing else is kept.

Which mailboxes work?

Microsoft 365 and Google, read-only.

Is my email data safe?

Yes. Orbit connects through official mailbox APIs (Microsoft 365 today, Google soon), syncs metadata only: sender, recipient, subject, timestamps; no email bodies. When Novah AI drafts a reply, it keeps a short excerpt (up to 4,000 characters) of the message you're replying to, so you can review the draft; that excerpt is deleted along with the rest of your data if you delete your account. Tokens are encrypted at rest. We never sell data, never train external models on your inbox.

Will Orbit send email on my behalf?

Only when you approve it, never automatically. Novah AI drafts a reply and sends it to you for review: in the app, or as a Slack message with Approve / Edit / Dismiss buttons. Tap Approve and the reply goes out from YOUR mailbox via Microsoft Graph, so recipients see a normal email from you. Every decision (drafted, edited, approved, dismissed) is logged.

What are dormant-relationship alerts?

Label your important contacts and Orbit watches them. When a high-priority relationship goes quiet for 30+ days, you get pinged in Slack with the context: what you last talked about and a suggested way back in.

Can it find warm intros through my team?

Yes. Connect your team's mailboxes and ask 'who has a path into acme.com?' and Orbit shows which teammate has the strongest relationship at that domain, with interaction counts and recency to back it up.

How is this different from a CRM?

A CRM stores what you remember to type in. Orbit reads what's already in your inbox, including the contacts nobody ever logged, and uses AI to summarize, rank, and surface the ones worth your time today.

Can I connect multiple mailboxes?

Yes. Connect any mailbox you administer and switch between them in the top-right menu. The combined view deduplicates contacts that appear in more than one inbox, and powers the team warm-path graph.

Does it work with the rest of the suite?

Yes. Orbit reads the same Scope profile every LeadFuel app uses. Sales-lens scoring is framed against your real ICP, not a generic B2B definition. Define your customer once, use it everywhere.

What about privacy / GDPR?

Metadata-only sync, encrypted token storage, send-only-on-approval. Export and delete endpoints are wired into the suite's account-management flow, and the suite publishes a plain-English data policy at leadfuel.cloud/data-policy.
